Ribbons fairy from Saturated Canary

Hi,

I have made a birthday card with the super cute Ribbons fairy from Saturated Canary. I´ve used the beautiful paper My Precious Daughter from Pion design. I just love these, and they are in my most favourit colours. Flowers are from WOC and Bikuben. Have you seen the sweet apple blossoms :)

As i didn´t have any maching ribbon or seambinding, I used my Lindy´s Starburst spray in Autumn Maple Crimson to get my Lilac one to complement the color scheme.

Copic colors used:
                                    Skin: E000-00-04-11-21, R20
                                    Hair : W9-7-5-3
                                    Dress: V09-06-05-01-000 and
                                              R89-85-83-81
                                    Leaf: G99-94-21 and R89-85-83

I also used Viva Decor pearl pen in magic transparent on the wings
but it doesn´t show up well in the pictures.

Copic marker Norway is having a 3 year anniversary with a fun bloghop + autumn challage.
As I didn´t have the right colors for the yellow, orange, red, I decided to use the beautiful colors you find in the mountains this time of year, like the heather (lyng) Love the peace and quiet and the breathtaking color scheme you experience there this time of year. The perfect season to go hiking.

I´m entering this card:

Hope you liked my card, and thank you for popping by :)

Wedding card

Hi,

My neighbor is going to a wedding, and asked of I could make her a card.

I used the super cute image You and Me from Tiddly inks, and colored it with my Copics.

Flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts and the paper is from DCWV – Le Tres Chic.

And a close up of the colored image :)

  Copic colored I used:
Skin: E000-00-21-11-04, R20
 Girl: R00-02-Blender / Hair: E21-25-29
Boy: W1-3-5-7-9 on clothes and hair

Hope you like my card, see you soon :)

Welcome to my blog!

So I finally got around to making a blog. It has taken me quite some time, just finding a name I liked that wasn´t already in use. I always loved to do all sorts of crafting and creative stuff, but it was first early this year that I discovered and got my first Copics- and I´m just in love with them and the endless opportunities they provide! So I submitted my first card with my first colored image to a Copic Marker Norway challenge- made only with scissors, one punch and some ribbons. And seeing all the beautiful things one (read: the others, lol) did create with dies and all other sorts of equipment, beautiful paper and embellishment, I was hooked -and went shopping! :)

I like to improve my coloring and card making skills, and find that the coloring/card making online communities are so nice and supportive. I feel that participating in challenges is a great way to set aside some “me time” to do something I love, and improvement will come with the practice this gives.

Hope you will enjoy this journey together with me :)
