Christmas gift tags

 Hi everyone.

So Christmas is less than a week away, and I decided to make some gift tags. I love that you can make these how advanced or easy as you like. It´s a nice personal touch to your Christmas gifts, and they’re pretty easy and fast to make.

For my first tag I used this fun gnome from Twistoon and I coloured him up using these Copic markers:

Skin: E000-00-21-11-13-04
Red: R11-24-27-59
Outfit brown: E70-71-74
Pants: B97-99
Beard: W3-5
Gitar: E41-43-44

Here I used an image from Tiddly inks, and here are the Copic markers I used:

Skin: E000-00-21-11-13 and R20
Hair:: W1-5-7
Wings: B00 and BG000-0000
Dress: W0-1-3

Snowman - Copic Norway inspiration

 Hi,

As usual- this advent you can find lots of inspiration for your Christmas cards and other tings over at the Copic Marker Norway blog and Facebook page.

Today is my turn to inspire you, and I have colored up this adorable snowman from Whimsy stamps.

When coloring snow it’s still important to add some color to get those light and dark (shades) contrast and also to add some structure. Here I have dotted the markers in the darker areas to get some structure and life to my snowman.

You can find the colors listed here at the original blogpost to Copic Norge.

Thanks for stopping by, and create yourself a happy day crafting❤️

I just finished reading the Fourt Wing series, and Violet was my inspiration colouring up this image from Mariola Burdek. I coloured her up with my Copic markers and the background is made using Distress oxide sprays.

Wedding card -Cherished memories

 Hi,

Today I’m sharing a wedding card that that I made using the beautiful pattern paper from the Cherished memories collection from Craft o’clock. I’ve used the 8*8 pad and some floral ephemera from the same collection.

On the background I used a stencil from Prima and some modeling paste to add some interest. The layers are popped up for dimension. I also added some beautiful lace and a chipboard heart with a couple as my focal point.

Sorry, I forgot to take a better picture before handing it over….. 🙈

Let’s focus on cards for men

 Hi everyone,

Today we are starting a new theme over at The Copic Marker Challenge blog, and this month it’s all about the boys. So for this card I found this cool guy over at The Paper Shelter and the image is called Workout time!

I colored him up with my Copic markers and these are the colors I used:

Skin: E000-00-21-11-04
Hair: E21-23-25-49
Outfit: B91-95-97 and E71-74 og 110
Bench: E13-09 and W1 and T3
Background: W0-1-3 and T3

There is so much going on in my personal life so I haven’t had the opportunity to sit down and enjoy myself with some crafting lately. So this card was a so enjoyable to make and I always enjoy myself when I’m coloring.

Thank you for stopping by, I hope you liked it and that you got inspired to create yourself a happy day crafting too.

Celebrate life

 Hi everyone,

New year, new opportunities and lots of new crafty projects to come. Today we are starting the first challenge of the year over at Copic Marker Norge. This month’s theme is a beautiful moodboard but as usual you can join in as everything goes as well.

To celebrate the beginning of a new year I made a mixed media tag. I sprayed the background with distress oxide spray and lightly went over with some blues distress ink. I splattered with some water to add some interest to the ba before stamping a background script randomly in distressed oxide ink in faded jeans. I stamped the beautiful intricate snowflake and heat embossed it in white. Went around the edges with the same faded jeans distressed oxide ink as to frame the tag before adding some white splatters.  My focal point image is Aurora Reindeer fra Theeastwind that I colored up with my Copic Markers.

Colors I used:

Skin: E000-00-21-11-04, BG 11-10

Hair: W3-5-7-9, V01

Outfit: BG70-72-75-78 and R83-85-89

Reindeer: E21-23-25-29 and : E41-42-44

Background: BG0000-000, B000-01-41
